About Pink Desk Co

There’s a good chance we already have something in common.

You care deeply about what you’re building. Like me, you probably have too many ideas, an insane amount of tabs open, and an overwhelming amount of responsibilities pulling at you at the same time.
And somewhere between trying to serve everyone else well and trying to keep your business moving forward (or even just getting it off the ground), things started feeling heavier than they should.

I understand that world intimately.

I’ve spent decades building products, systems, customer experiences, workflows, launches, and connected ecosystems long before I ever realized those skills actually had a name.

What comes naturally to me is seeing the missing pieces:

  • The disconnected customer journey.
  • The offer that should lead somewhere but doesn’t.
  • The business owner drowning in ideas without structure.
  • The backend chaos creating frontend stress.

Most people only see the surface problem.

I tend to see the pattern underneath it.

Hi, I’m Katrina

I’m a mom of four, a creative thinker, a systems-builder, a porch-sitting coffee drinker, and the kind of person who notices the experience of things. Not just whether something works, but whether it feels connected, clear, intentional, and human.

And honestly? I didn’t create this business because I wanted to become “just another VA” or service provider.

I did so because I believe one of my gifts is servanthood. Serving others, especially other moms & business owners has been a calling and passion of mine for decades.

I created it because I kept seeing brilliant women trying to run meaningful businesses while carrying the mental load of an entire life at the same time.

Businesses were being built with passion but lacked the support needed to grow and flourish.

Everything depended on the owner remembering everything, doing everything, fixing everything, and holding everything together alone.

That’s exhausting.

And after years of building my own brands, systems, customer journeys, and product ecosystems, I realized the thing I love most isn’t simply creating products. It’s helping things make sense.

I know because I’ve lived it too.

WHAT I DO: I love taking scattered ideas and creating structure around them.

WHY I DO IT: Helping business owners create experiences that feel intentional instead of overwhelming means they can get back to do what they were created to do.

HOW I DO IT: I have the unique ability to see the big picture while also caring deeply about the tiny details most people overlook.

That’s the work I do now through The Pink Desk Creative.
